Urbo - the transition game!

In the role-playing game, participants, as inhabitants of different districts of the city «Urbo» - divided according to different socio-economic profiles (cards indicating resources such as time, money, skills, etc.) choose projects to inscribe their city in the world of tomorrow.

Each district chooses a project on the themes of food, consumption or mobility, and sends a resident* to the Citizens' Council to defend this project and make a common choice for the city. The selected initiative is then materialized on the city's model and its effects in the districts are examined.

At the end of the game, the development of the city, the contributions of various initiatives to ecological and social change, the feelings of the participants and the use of resources are analyzed.

The aim is to raise awareness of the decision-making power of citizens, the impact of their consumption patterns and the levers of action available to them.
