Program
While students experiment with running their own business, they are accompanied by a teacher who acts as a «coach». In this way, the mini-enterprise program leads to a break with the traditional image of courses: usually passive receivers, students become actors in their own projects throughout the school year.
At the same time, students come into contact with several volunteers from the corporate world, who share their experience and act as mentors. This gives students a better insight into the world of work and the skills required on the job market.
The program culminates in a competition in which the best mini-enterprise of the year is chosen. The winner of the can represent Luxembourg in a European competition organized by JA Europe as part of the Gen-e festival.
