Mankind on the Move

Make high school students aware of the phenomenon of migration (emigration and immigration), and encourage them to explore the different facets of identity (family, friends, traditions, beliefs, etc.).

Improve understanding of migrant phenomena, promote tolerance and respect for others.

Identity workshops are designed to help students get to know themselves and others better, and to realize that identity has multiple facets that can influence a person's behavior.

Type of activity: interactive animation, power point, Flash presentations

Priority themes: history of migration in Luxembourg, demographics, labor market, identities, cultures, language use, citizenship.
