Learn about the water cycle and the animals that live in ponds
The children set out to explore the Hollenfels ponds and their inhabitants. Equipped with observation tools, the participants actively explore the aquatic environment. They catch small organisms such as tadpoles and dragonfly larvae, observe them closely, and learn to identify them in order to better understand the relationships between the species that live in and around the water.
Throughout the activity, participants also learn about the water cycle and come to understand how water flows and influences landscapes and living things.
