Objectives
Learn about bees and their importance in the ecosystem
Children discover the fascinating world of bees and their vital role as pollinators. The exploration begins with observing bees in the garden and continues with learning about the life of honeybees in a hive. Products from the hive, such as honey and beeswax, and their uses are introduced. Depending on the children’s age, interactive activities and tastings round out the experience.
Subjects:
Bee habitats, organic beekeeping, bee products, secrets of the colony
