Strengthen the skills of professionals to design and run active education sessions based on nature and experience; promote well-being, cooperation and inclusion; learn how to structure activities that are safe and adapted to the public; link learning to sustainability issues and local spaces.
Program
Introduction to the principles of experiential and nature-based education; session planning (objectives, framework, safety, risk management); group dynamics and cooperation; adaptation to needs and inclusion; evaluation and transfer to school and educational services.

Methodological approaches
Learning by doing« and outdoor immersion; alternating short lectures, practical experience and reflective time; focus on physical and emotional safety, cooperation and autonomy; adaptation to the local context (forest, park, town) and participants» needs; simple, reproducible materials for a lasting impact.
Remarks
All our training courses are recognized and validated by training agencies, either in the field of non-formal education (arcus focus, elisabeth forméiert, FEDAS, inter-actions), or in the field of formal education (IFEN).
