s.nickels@naturemwelt.luOrganization visions
Today, nature conservation has expanded to include the protection of natural resources and sustainable development, on both a national and global scale. Our aim is to safeguard biodiversity in a varied natural and cultural landscape, using an approach that protects biotopes as well as the sustainable use of our natural resources.
the sustainable use of our natural resources.
Our methods are awareness-raising and advice; practical action in the field of nature and species protection. We are based on responsible citizens who are passionate about the beauty of nature and its inherent interactions, and who are committed to preserving our natural environment to ensure the survival of future generations.

For 30 years, we have been working in the field of nature education for children and teenagers; we also organize courses for adults in the field of educating young people about nature and sustainable development, as well as information and awareness-raising campaigns.

Organization objectives
People living in urban areas increasingly need a natural setting to recharge their batteries.
Nature education is an essential bridge to environmental education and sustainable development. To achieve a more global approach, nature education at an early age predisposes to an open-minded approach to environmental issues.
The inherent aim of all projects is to get young people interested in nature, to explain complicated phenomena using simple games and activities, and to show through all the senses the joy that can be found
at contact with nature.
Remarks
Organization and running of nature activities for groups of children and young people (school classes and other groups), as well as organization of seminars and further training courses for all those active in the fields of education and youth work, and on nature conservation topics.
All activities are practice-oriented and can be carried out for a group, easily and with little equipment.
