Cultur'all

Cultur'all believes that participation in cultural life, both as an actor and as a consumer, is not only a right, but also an essential need for human flourishing. Cultural rights support the development of individual and collective capacities, cohesion and social justice. They play an important role in the fight against poverty and social exclusion.

• raise awareness of the article among society and political leaders
  27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
• promote all forms of culture and encourage access to them, in particular
  people who are far removed from culture and who are in a difficult social situation
  and / or economic difficulties,
• encourage everyone to participate in and contribute to cultural life, with a particular focus on the most disadvantaged and/or excluded,
• promote cultural diversity and intercultural and intersocial dialogue,
• promote cultural mediation and the development of a synergy between
  social policy and cultural policy.

Cultural mediation is at the heart of Cultur'all's activities. In this context, the association
has experience in organizing

• conference-debate,
• workshops,
• cultural outings.
  These methods are used as different approaches to the following themes
  culture, art and their importance to human development.

All too often, access to culture is seen as an afterthought. Cultur'all aims to deconstruct this vision and make visible the invisible function it plays. Today's challenges are inconceivable without collective action to build a new shared reality. Art and culture will certainly be powerful vectors in this process.
