Action Solidarité Tiers Monde (ASTM)

ASTM aspires to a world in which all human beings are considered and treated equally, where women and men can fully exercise their rights and duties and influence the decisions that affect their lives, as full citizens.

Contribute to its vision of the world by supporting organizations in the Global South in their struggle, by supporting solidarity projects, by raising awareness of global issues among Luxembourg citizens, and by mobilizing for the adoption of policies favoring more equitable North-South relations.

ASTM offers a wide range of educational activities. It develops awareness campaigns and political advocacy. It is also one of the driving forces behind the Klima-Bündnis (KB) initiative in Luxembourg, which is present in 40 communes. For over 40 years, its specialized documentation center - the CITIM - has been a forum for education in global citizenship (see the CITIM page in the collection). It has been accredited as an organizer of continuing professional training courses since 2016. Find out more on www.astm.lu.
