ABRAM asbl aims to accompany all generations on a journey of awareness of the environment.’social and environmental emergency facing our societies. Abram works for a world that is habitable for future generations. Abram is active in Luxembourg, Europe and Brazil in a variety of fields, all of which pursue the goals of awareness to the great challenges of our time, which can be summed up in two words: transition and resilience.
Experiences
The NGO regularly organizes international solidarity workcamps in Brazil for young high school students. Candidates are selected through a series of training days, all focused on the principles of sustainable development.
Together with Les Jardins d'Ermesinde, the NGO has created, developed and runs a permaculture and eco-construction school and laboratory: this is the JadEr project, initiated in 2020 and reinitialized in 2024 as JadEr 2.0 - itinérant.

Missions of the organization
ABRAM is a non-profit association acting at the crossroads of ecology, social justice, international solidarity and popular education. Founded in 2014 in Luxembourg and with a permanent presence since 2022 in Brazil, ABRAM develops projects rooted in territories, listening to communities and living things. It brings together committed people from diverse backgrounds around a shared conviction: another world is possible, provided we commit to it together, with heart, discernment and perseverance.
