3.1 Prevention is the best remedy

3.2 Antibiotics
- Consult a doctor before taking antibiotics
- Follow the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Don't stop treatment early, even if you no longer have symptoms.
- Return opened, unused cans to a pharmacy or recycling center.
- Prevent infections by washing your hands regularly hands with soap and water. Avoid close contact in case of minfectious diseases and make sure your vaccinations are up to date.

Walk as much as possible, cycle or use public transport. Soft mobility is essential for sustainable development.

On the road: be visible! Make sure you're visible! Every year, pedestrians are injured or killed in road accidents.
For your spontaneous short trips, rent an electric bike (Pedelec) at one of the more than 100 vel'OH stations in Luxembourg, via the vel'OH app.
3.5 Vaccines are the best protection against infectious diseases
Get yourself and your children vaccinated, and make sure your vaccinations are up to date.
3.6 Move every day and exercise regularly
The World Health Organization recommends at least half an hour to an hour of physical activity a day.
