Installation and Dismantling Times:
As the Forum is a school campus, we ask that you STRICTLY ADHERE to the regulations in place regarding installation and dismantling times, which have been adapted to the break times of the various school buildings. Instructions by the security guards must be strictly followed.
You may come to install/dismantle your stand during the following times:
- 18 March 2026 between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
– 19 March 2026 between 8:05 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.(no access before 8:05 a.m.!)
– 19 March 2026 from 2:30 p.m.
You may TEMPORARILY park your car in the Forum car park, which is only available for temporary loading and unloading.
If you have a lot of equipment, you can ring the bell at the gate to enter the forecourt with your car. However, please note that for safety reasons, there are only 7 spaces available in the forecourt. To ensure smooth cooperation, we kindly ask you to respect a 5-minute interval between loading and unloading in the forecourt .
If you are alone, prepare your equipment so that it can be stowed in the entrance hall while you park your car.
The exhibition stands must remain open until 2:30 p.m. Dismantling will take place immediately afterwards. The exception to this rule is for exhibitors who have a stand on the educational walkway, for whom dismantling will take place before 7 p.m.
Please pack up your equipment and, if necessary, store it (e.g. in the entrance hall); only park your car on the forecourt when you are ready to leave immediately.
Please note that we are not responsible for any materials left on site afterwards.
"Green Business Events" Label
We would like to remind you that BNE Networking 2026 is a Green Business Event.
The use of disposable products should be avoided:
- Avoid creating specific exhibition materials for the single day of this fair. Use what is available or hire what you need.
- Avoid distributing disposable goodies (e.g. individually wrapped sweets, plastic cups, etc.). Sustainable and useful gifts are, of course, permitted.
- Brochures providing essential information may also be distributed in paper form, preferably with the FSC or PEFC label: FSC/PEFC mix (partially recycled) or even FSC/PEFC 100% recycled. It is also recommended to work with QR codes to reduce paper consumption.
- Preferably use existing laminated signage rather than printing new ones each time.
- Use aluminium supports for roll-ups, which can be reused. New banners must not be made of PVC!
- Use the new bins provided for waste sorting.
- The signage provided (stand number, ODD, etc.) must be returned afterwards.
- If you wish, please remember to bring your SDG badge.

Coffee and tea will be available in the centre of the 360° room throughout the day.
